Harry Ayala, our founder, has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with over 30 years of experience working for local and multinational organizations in Accounting and Finance.  He is an Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agent (EA) can represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for all tax matters including audits, collections, and appeals. The Enrolled Agent is the highest credential issued by the IRS and has unlimited practice rights, just like attorneys and Certified Public Accountants (CPA’s).
